 +This is a deeper variation on the more common Hunter'​s Chicken.
 +We based this on Jamie Oliver'​s recipe but made some modifications.

 +===== Ingredients =====
 +
 +| 2 kg | Turkey Breast |
 +|   | Salt |
 +|   | Pepper |
 +| 8 | Bay Leaves |
 +| 2 | Rosmary Sprigs |
 +| 1 | Garlic Clove, Crushed |
 +| 2 | Garlic Cloves, Sliced |
 +| 1/2 Bottle | Mulled Wine (Glühwein) |
 +| 2 Tins | Chopped Tomatoes |
 +| 6 | Anchovy Filets, Finely Chopped |
 +| 1 Handful | Green Olives |
 +| 2 | Onions, Finely Chopped |
 +| 1 Handful | Bacon Bits |
 +| 3 tbsp/el | Smoked BBQ Sauce |

 +===== Instructions =====

 +  * Mix Wine, Salt, Papper, Bay Leaves and Rosmary together
 +  * Chop turkey into 1-inch thick slices
 +  * Add meat to liquid and leave in a cool place overnight
 +
 +  * Remove the meat from the liquid (keeping the liquid)
 +  * In an ovenproof pan, with a little oil, brown the meat, then put on one side
 +  * Fry the anchovies, olives, onions and bacon
 +  * Add tomatoes and BBQ sauce - stir thoroughly
 +  * Return the meat and the marinade liquid and mix thoroughly
 +
 +  * Place in an oven (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
