Personal Introduction

I started developing software from the age of 11 and became so fascinated by it, that I chose software development as my initial career. Through many years of experience, I have become not only a highly competent software developer, but also a knowledgeable and experienced software architect. I am passionate about software development and invest much time and effort into maintaining an up-to-date and highly comprehensive knowledge of all key theoretical, methodological and technological developments.

I was born in the United Kingdom and first came to Germany in 1998 as a university student. Based upon an exciting job offer, I became a permanent resident of Germany in 2000. I am well-integrated both culturally and linguistically, speaking German fluently and confidently on a daily basis in private, business and technical surroundings. I am also married to a German woman and our daily language of preference, is German.

I am a technical person and envision a career pathway in which I can remain technically oriented and focus upon architectural or technical leadership roles.

I am a very creative person, both professionally and privately and this has proven on numerous occasions to be one of my key strengths, helping me to solve technical challenges, develop product ideas and present concepts.

You will find me to be hard-working, reliable, loyal, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I keep the future of the company, the security and safety of the employees, the quality of work and the success of the projects at heart. I am an honest, well-principled person with a solid professional and academic footing.
